Back To Uni with Pretty Little Thing

Back To Uni with Pretty Little Thing

September. The month when lots of people are getting ready to go back to School/College/University. One thing that really excited me about starting University was the fashion as this was the time that I began Blogging and really got into Fashion and Beauty. So I’m collaborating with Pretty Little Thing to share my Term¬†Time Wardrobe Inspiration with you, to give you an insight into the items that I would wear to my classes and to hopefully give you a little inspiration too!

I would describe my Student Style as really casual and basic – the comfier the clothing the better for me! I’d be constantly wearing cropped jumpers or an oversized t-shirt to be comfortable but also still look fashionable at the same time. Which is why I love this Chicago Oversized Slogan T-Shirt – it’s the perfect oversized t-shirt that you can wear with anything! I’ve paired it these Mid Wash Cut Hem Skinny Jeans¬†which I love the hem detail on them and the tears on the jeans are in the perfect place. They’re so comfy to wear too and so affordable! I also added the Black Western Stud Belt which has been on my Pretty Little Thing wish list for the longest time! I have never owned a belt and I have no idea why. I’ve wanted one to add a little more detail to my outfits and to pair with oversized dresses and jumpers and this one is perfect!

Next up is an outfit that I’d definitely be wearing to Uni in the Autumn/Winter time, this outfit just screams cosy at me! I paired the Rexx Cream Side Split Jumper with a Black Denim Pinafore Dress and some little boots that were from Primark last year (but this outfit would probably look better with black boots too!) I’m obsessed with Pinafore dresses but didn’t think I could pull them off but I’m obsessed with this outfit and will definitely be wearing this when the weather starts to get a little cooler. I also can’t wait to start wearing the Pinafore dress with long sleeved turtle neck t-shirts as I think they would go really well underneath this too!

I love the Side Split Jumper, it’s so oversized as I got the M/L, which means I could also wear this with a pair of jeans and tuck the bottom into the jeans, or wear it with a pair of leggings and use the Western Stud Belt to add a little more shape back into my body.

Another top which I’m obsessed with is the Ribbed Button Detail Crop Top, which is another item that has been on my Pretty Little Thing wishlist for so long! The buttons on this top were a style that was so on trend this summer and I’m definitely seeing this trend transition into the Autumn/Winter clothing too! I’ve paired this with the same Jeans and Belt within the first outfit, however I would also wear a pair of leggings with this top and add a denim jacket and you’re good to go!

The final outfit that I would wear to University is definitely a cropped jumper and a pair of leggings! Probably my favourite outfit for comfort, I love wearing cropped jumpers as they are so comfy but also are still fashionable and you still look like you’ve made an effort! I wore the Rose Triple Striped Crop Sweater – I’m in love with the colour of this jumper and to add a little extra detail to the outfit, I added a scrunchie of the same colour to match! I hope this post has given you a little insight into the style that I liked to wear at University and has hopefully given you a little inspiration into what items of clothing you might be picking up from Pretty Little Thing before Uni starts!
